To avoid any returns and additional shipping charge due to an address error, please verify the accuracy of your shipping address prior to placing your order. Shipping fees are subject to change without prior notice.

Alaska, Hawaii and Puerto Rico and US Territories Orders

International Orders
International shipping methods and cost vary depending on total weight, carrier and destination country. Customers are responsible for applicable customs, duties and taxes. All international orders must be prepaid in full including shipping by international money order or direct bank wire transfer in US dollars. Tracking Information
We will send you an email with your shipping confirmation and tracking number (if applicable) upon shipment. Please contact the respective shipping company with your tracking number for questions concerning the delivery of your package.
U.S. Taxes
A 8.75% sales tax will be added to orders shipped to California addresses.

30-Day 100% Satisfaction Guarantee on Frames
Every Versus frame purchase comes with our 30-day guarantee of quality satisfaction.
If for any reason you are not pleased with your frame purchase, we will rectify
the problem or you may return the product in its original packaging within 30
days of the original purchase date. We will issue a full refund of the original
purchase price (less shipping charges) provided the product is in its new, undamaged
condition.
30-Day 100% Satisfaction Guarantee on Accessories and Apparels
Versus offers you a 30-day 100% satisfaction guarantee on any Versus accessories
and apparels purchased. If you find your purchase fail to meet your expectations,
we will glad to accept its return within 30 days of the original purchase date
for a refund of the original purchase price (less shipping charges) or exchange.
Products must be returned in its original unused, unaltered, uninstalled condition with original box and packaging materials. Returns with damage from use or improper return packaging are not eligible for credits or refunds and will be subject to all return shipping charges. Used, washed, or damaged apparels are not eligible for return or exchange. You must contact us for a Return Material Authorization ("RMA") number prior to returning the product. Product returned without an RMA number will be returned to you at your expense.
If we make an error in processing your order and ship you the wrong item, we will send you a prepaid return shipping label. Please return the item using the prepaid return label.
Steps to Return a Product
Please follow the following steps to expedite your return:
- Let us know your reason for returning the product via email at support@versuscycles.com or Call Customer Support, and if you would like a refund or exchange.
- We will issue you an RMA number to be written on the outside of your return package.
- Return the product in the original box and packaging materials via traceable means such as UPS or USPS Certified Mail along with a copy of the original receipt to:

You are responsible for return shipping charges. In no event will Fulcrum Solutions be responsible for any items lost or damaged in shipping. Exchanges are processed and shipped out within five (5) business days of receipt of your original package. Returns are processed within three (3) business days of receipt of your item. If you paid by credit card, credit will be applied to the original account and your credit card company will determine as to when the credit will appear on your statement. |
